Payment & Shipping:

All online orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 – 3 business days upon full payment received for the order. Payment for online orders can be processed using VISA or MasterCard, PayPal or via a direct bank deposit.

All online mail orders are shipped via Australia Post and deliveries to addresses within Australia can take between 3 – 10 business days.

We do not send outside of Australia.

All information and photographs supplied on this website are to be interpreted as an intended guide only. Whilst Green Being Eco Store makes every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and delivered with care directly to you. The products, labels and packaging have the potential to change without warning and may differ slightly to what is currently published on the website. Green Being Eco Store uses all recycled packaging. We do not buy bubblewrap ( this is salvaged from large department stores etc ) and other packaging including boxes are all repurposed. This requires more effort than purchasing new but reduces this heading immediately to landfill. We hope you can reuse again.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love Green Being Eco Store products as much as we do, and to enjoy your online shopping experience with us.

Therefore if an item is found to be faulty or arrives to you damaged, we will replace it immediately. All refunds and returns need to be communicated to our Customer Service team. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as was used in the original purchase. Refunds and returns will be honoured on the basis:

  • The request is put to our Customer Service team within 10 days of purchase
  • The returned item/s includes all original tags/labels attached.
